We install the fire protection tanks in stages. Without heavy equipment involved.

Stage 1 – Land preparation for the tank installation

First stage is the foundation preparing for under the tank. Which is the land alignment and the pouring of the concrete slab. On this stage materials necessary for the tank construction are delivered to the construction site.

Stage 2 – Tank installation

When the land is ready and all the tank elements are in place, our employees start the installation. We install the tank with the hydraulic external cylinders. Then we raise steel construction and install internal isolation. We place the membranes and install the equipment. Then we install the tank with the anchors and bolts to the ground.

Stage 3 – Finishing works

Up to the customer request we install the piping inside the tank and additional equipment

Stage 4 – Tightness test

It’s the most important stage. First we fill the tank up to the 1,5 m level for the tightness test of the flange transitions for the process lines. On the second stage we fill up the rest of the water. Tightness test lasts 24 hours according to the norm.

Stage 5 – Commissioning of the electrical equipment

On this stage we check if the electrical equipment works seamless

Stage 6 – Certification

Immediately after finishing the earlier work stages we pass as-built documentation with the certificates and guarantee card. In the end we clean up the installation site.

Installation of the fire protection tanks aren’t complicated process:

• the tanks are lightly constructed, which is why they can be located in small proximity from the other buildings
• the tanks don’t require building permit
• installation of the tank is possible inside the building and in the undergrounds and basements
• the land development doesn’t impact the tank installation
• each tank can be dismantled and moved to a different location
• the installation of the tank is short lasting and non-intrusive process
• the installation of the tank is possible every season of the year
